In a puff of smoke

Now, I wanna remind everyone of the House of Mouse rules-no smoking, no villainous schemes and no guests eating other guests. - House of Mouse (2001)

Do you think the new smoking ban applies to prisons? Will the prisoners all have to stand outside the front door with their 'snout'?

That's an interesting point, Chris. I can't see how they could ban it without risking even more riots. Hm, I'll have to ask.

I must admit I'd never thought of that! Let's wait for Liz to give us the answer.

I believe that prisoners can smoke in their cells because it's classed as their home. But no doubt there's a rule that says they have to not smoke for half an hour before a warder enters the cell, or something.
